New Model TFP3062 6x12 150 Amp

This summer Komatsu introduced the new model TFP3062 Fine Plasma cutting machine with a 6 x 12 ft. cutting table. This new machine has all the features of the TFP3051 5 x 10, and has a new FANUC 0iMC CNC and rearranged gas controls for easier operation. The new CNC and gas controls are also on the new model of the TFP3051 Mark IIIα also introduced this summer.

The 6 x 12 and 5 x 10 machines with 150 Amp (30kW) Fine Plasma cut mild steel up to 1 in. thick. Thanks to inovative patented designs, cut quality is comparable to laser cutting while overall production time is reduced by 40 % compared with a laser.

Tables in 8 and 10 foot widths, with lengths of 20 or 40 feet, and the Twister 30kW (150 Amp) or 60kW (300 Amp) Fine Plasma are available in the TFPL series. Extended length machines in 1 meter (3+ ft.) increments are also available for a total length of up to 100 ft.
